The Subcommittee of Evil is led by group of reclusive EVIL council members who meet every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month in the Shenanigan's Black Box theater! It's the same chaotic night of fantasy civic duty you've come to expect at the Castle Council-just with a lot more EVIL!
